Day-to-day

• Confirm RC-API answers GET /health.
• Confirm tray status matches API policy (many builds use API-only tray coloring).
• After key rotation: update tray → rewrite mcp.json → restart Cursor MCP.

Cursor folders

Users may use stable / nightly / beta Cursor paths—each has its own mcp.json. Point tray at the active one after IDE updates.

Constitution file

• Expect recloud-behavior.mdc under <cursor-dir>/rules/ after saving profile in tray.
• If RC-API is down, tray may write a minimal fallback—check tray logs.

Tool activation drift

If agents miss tools: verify catalog on API, activation list, MCP restart, and that active_tools path matches what the shipped MCP reads.
